A Taste of Hokkaido's Seasonal Bounty

Located in East Hirafu at 140° East, our restaurant and bar are inspired by the surrounding landscape. At EAST 140°, the kitchen draws inspiration from mountains shaped by snow, clear water, fertile Hokkaido farmland and the changing seasons. The menu follows those seasons, bringing together selected ingredients and flavours from Niseko, Shiribeshi and across Hokkaido. Our bar, BASE CAMP, takes its name from the idea of a meeting point before and after a day exploring the mountains, rivers and trails of the region. Whether skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling or rafting, it is a social place to gather after the day’s adventures, share stories over a drink and plan what comes next.

Located around 10 minutes by car from Kutchan Station and approximately 15 minutes by shuttle bus from nearby ski resorts, the hotel offers a welcoming stay suited to different travel styles, whether you are looking for an active getaway or a relaxing extended stay.

During the winter season, guests can enjoy the convenience of a seasonal shuttle service to nearby ski areas, along with dedicated ski storage. Additional amenities include a fitness center and laundry facilities.

In addition to the bus service connecting New Chitose Airport directly to the hotel, a shuttle bus is also available between Hirafu Welcome Center and the hotel.
